一、专业培养目标 Major Training Objectives

本专业培养德智体全面发展的,掌握化工生产过程和设备的基本理论和知识的,具备化工生产过程及产品的研究、开发、设计、系统分析、优化及生产管理能力的,能在化工、石油化工、煤化工、生物、医药、食品、冶金、轻工、能源、环保等行业部门,从事生产、研发和管理工作的,具有科学的思维方法、创新意识和国际视野的应用型创新人才。

The objectives of the Chemical Engineering and Technology are to cultivate senior engineering and technical personnel who possess comprehensive professional abilities after mastering the skills and techniques in academic research, development, design, system analysis, optimization, and production management capabilities of chemical process and products areas. The program focuses on the training of the practical and engineering ability of chemical process and equipment for students. Students will be well prepared to go in for the careers concerning production, research and development and management immediately upon graduation in such areas as the chemical engineering, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, biological, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, light industry, energy and environmental protection industry.

二、毕业要求 Graduation Requirements

本专业培养的毕业生具有较强的工程能力,具有宽厚的基础知识、较强的实践能力、较高的创新意识、优良的综合素质、工、理、文、商知识相互渗透的复合型人才。本专业培养的毕业生应达到如下知识、能力与素质的培养要求:

1.工程知识:能够将自然科学、数学、工程基础和专业知识用于解决复杂化学工程与工艺问题。

2.问题分析:能够应用自然科学、数学和化学工程与工艺科学的基本原理,识别、表达并通过文献研究分析复杂化学工程与工艺问题,以获得有效结论。

3.设计/开发解决方案:能够设计针对复杂化学工程与工艺问题,设计满足特定需求的系统、单元(部件)或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,遵循责任关怀的主要原则,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。

4.研究:掌握化工基础知识和化工专业的基本理论知识和化工生产过程的共同规律,能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对复杂化学工程与工艺问题分析并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论同时了解化工专业的前沿发展现状趋势和专业应用前景。

5.使用现代工具:能够针对复杂化学工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对复杂化学工程与工艺问题的预测与模拟,并能对实验结果进行分析和判断。

6.工程与社会:了解与化工专业相关的职业和行业的生产、设计、研究开发、环境保护和可持续发展等方面的方针、政策和法律、法规,能够正确认识化工行业对于客观世界和社会的影响。

7.环境和可持续发展:能够理解和评价针对复杂化学工程与工艺问题,尤其是相关专业工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。

8.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在化学工程与工艺实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。

9.个人和团队:具有一定的组织管理能力、表达能力和人际交往能力以及在团队中发挥作用的能力。

10.沟通:能够就复杂化学工程与工艺问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

11.项目管理:理解并掌握化学工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。

The graduates of this major will be of strong engineering ability, solid basic knowledge, strong practical ability, high innovation consciousness, and outstanding comprehensive quality-interdisciplinary personnel with a broad range of knowledge of engineering, science, arts and business. The graduates of this major should meet the requirements in terms of knowledge, abilities and qualities as follows:

1. Engineering knowledge: Be able to solve complex chemical and engineering problems with the knowledge of natural sciences, mathematics, engineering, and expertise.

2. Problems analysis: Be able to recognize, express, and obtain valid conclusions of complex chemical engineering and technology through literature research and analysis by application of the basic principles of natural sciences, mathematics and chemical engineering and technology.

3. Design/development solutions: To design the system, the unit (component) or process flow process to meet the specific needs of the complex chemical engineering and technology. The solutions can reflect the sense of innovation in the design process with the main principles of responsible care, and considering the social, health and safety, legal, cultural and environmental factors.

4. Research: To master the common law of basic and professional chemical knowledge as well as basic theory of chemical production process. The graduates can analyze the complex chemical engineering and technology with scientific principles and methods, and get the rational conclusion through comprehensive information. At the same time, to understand the current situation and trends of chemical industry and its professional application prospect.

5. The use of modern tools: To develop, select and use appropriate technology, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools according to complex problems in chemical engineering, including the prediction and simulation of complex chemical engineering and technology problems, as well as the analysis and judgment of the results.

6. Engineering and society: To understand the rules of production, design, and related professional chemical industry in terms of occupation and development, environmental protection and sustainable development principles, policies and laws; and to understand correctly the influence of chemical industry on the objective world and the society.

7. Environmental and sustainable development: To understand and evaluate the influence of complex chemical engineering and process issues, particularly relevant professional engineering practices on environmental and social sustainability.

8. Professional norms: To have humanities and social sciences literacy, sense of social responsibility, and be able to understand and comply with engineering ethics and norms, and fulfill their responsibilities in chemical engineering and process practices.

9. Individual and team: To have the ability of organization, management, expression and interpersonal skills, and the ability to play a positive role in the team.

10.Communication: Be able to communicate and exchange effectively with industry colleagues and the public on complex chemical engineering and process issues, including writing reports and designing presentations, statements, clarity expression or responses. To have a certain international vision, and be able to communicate and exchange cross-culturally.

11.Project management: To understand and master the principles of chemical engineering management and economic decision-making for application in a multidisciplinary environment.

物理化学、化工原理、化工热力学、化学反应工程、化工分离工程、化工设计和化工工艺学等。

五、主要实践性教学环节 Main Practical Teaching Section

化工专业实验、认识实习、生产实习、化工原理和化工设备课程设计、化工过程设计、仿真实验、开放实验、毕业设计以及各类实验实习、工程训练、社会实践等。

Professional Chemical Experiment, Cognition Practice, Production Practice, Course Design of the Principle of Chemical Engineering and Chemical Equipment, Chemical Process Design, Simulation Experiment, Open Experiment, Graduation Design, and all kinds of engineering training and social practice.

学生在学期间必须修满培养方案规定的161学分,其中含通识教育课43学分、专业核心课69学分实践环节共计49学分。

Students must complete 161 credits stipulated in the training program at school, including 43 credits in general education and 69 in professional core courses as well as a total of 49 credits from the practicals.
